I have just purchased a Sony Bravia TV KD49XE8005 and also a Sony soundbar HT-CT290 and bought this as they are both made by the same Manufacturer and would have hoped that there would not be any issues in connections.

I have connected the unit using the optical audio cable and also an HDMI cable to the ARC HDMI socket.

I have checked that the audio settings are correctly set but find that I have a lip sync issue.

can you please help

Hi Rob,

You should be able to adjust the Audio Delay in the Enhanced Audio Settings menu. Can you please give this a try and let us know how you get on?

I have a same issue for my new HT-CT290 with Sony TV (49X9000E).

But I cannot to find the setting location to "adjust the Audio Delay in the Enhanced Audio Settings menu" on my TV for try, can you provide more detail step?
