Awful quality and attitude for such money. Now I will buy SAMSUNG. Connect to it my PS4, PSP, Sony acoustics, Sony tablet, Sony smartphone, Sony headphones. TV Sony just broke down and Sony laughed at me.

Your escalation is still being dealt with, but it can take

a little time as it has to be passed to regional departments

which is why they may not have telephoned you yet.

I have asked for confirmation as to what is happening next and

I will let you know if I hear anything, but as I said in the other

thread this may not be until after the weekend.

another lie from Sony. more than a month, no one wanted to communicate with me. information on what quality and what attitude to clients I post on other forums.
