Sony Registered Products have dissapeared

Hello All

Some advice please.....

So, I've logged into my Sony today. Looked at my registered products list and found that a number of them have dissapeared without me deleting them myself, includes PS4 and controllers.

Anyone have experienced similar of know whay this has happened?

Today.....I've tried to re-register the PS4 products that have been bumped off the list and notice that the model drop down to make selection no longer shows PS4 or Controllers.

So, I can't re-register those items..

I did however successfully register a new pair of headphones without any issue.
