sony vio PCG-91311M not turning on

hi,

i have sony vio PCG-91311M

and its not turning on i have tried all steps 30 seconds power button press by removing and back on battery doesnot work

when press power button only one green light turns on then on release of power button goes off again only the red light remains on which is of power and that is on since i pluged the power cord in laptop.

now changing is power cable checked ram looks ok what could be the problem the motherboard?? if any one can help please i am waiting for a solution to fix it today

Maybe the small buffer battery on the mainboard is defect.
