Sony Xperia L3 problem camera in instagram and messenger

I have a problem with my phone when i want to make a insta story my camera make this

i try to clear cache uninstall app and hard reset...etc but nothing

bdw normal camera work but in app like instagram and messenger when zooming....

can someone help me to fix this?

Very interesting question and I need a solution for that too. I still have this issue with my phone and I need to fix it now. I am a blogger and I am trying hard to promote my Instagram account, I use thing like automatic comment and autolike service to instagram video and story post, but It will not help me If my camera will not work with Instagram app, so if anybody will find out how to fix this issue please let me know
