sony earphones WH 1000xM3

Bought a pair of headphones to listen to the tv splashed out and got these after a big debate in Currys and decided these are the ones.

got home and paired with my Samsung smart tv 7series and it connects once ive paired the Headphones .

the problem is I have to disconnect headphones and pair each time for the headphones to work this is the only way they will work

my beats connect every time no problem I don't have to disconnect and pair again for those to work its a real pain

any suggestions
