Playmemories on Windows - keeps crashing whilst trying to sync

Hi there

I recently installed the 64 bit version of Playmemories on Windows 10. It then asked me if I wanted it to sync all my media across the whole PC, and foolishly in hindsight, I said yes. The program now keeps crashing whilst trying to do the sync. I tried uninstalling using a smart uninstaller, but when I re-install, it just picked up from where it left off.

Does anyone know what I need to do to achieve a completely fresh install of the program so that I can stop it from doing the sync??
