PS4 VR headset

I bought a vr headset for Christmas but now the headphones ain't working do they fall under warranty if not how could I buy new ones. My Partner uses them every night for firewall but have had to plug normal headphones in but not practicable.

Hi @Leahbessant27, welcome to the Community.

They should still be under warranty. I'm not sure about VR headsets, but headphones would normally be replaced by the retailer if faulty within the warranty period.

I'll ask about and get back to you.
