Hi,

I sent all my information for the cash back offer on two lenses close to 28 days ago but I have not heard anything back from Sony.

Does anyone know if this is 28 working days or 28 days?

Has anyone else had any problems with the cash back offer that has recently been launched?

I think the cashback takes 28 calendar days from the date they look at your claim.
