I have a sony Xperia 10

but cant text cant call

small box at top of screen

I think is preventing me

from these matters

when I put sim into

my other spare phone

no issues.help.?.

thank for the reply but im stuck.& disabled.

attempts

1 live chat 3 times but us/Canada couldn't help

as not in region.

2 software repair 3 times.

3 giff gaff community.1 whole day.

all these missions.

phone still not working.

contacted sony awaiting reply

tomorrow.

I need a phone due to being disabled.
