topic Amazon Prime Video license error in 1 Series

On my prime video app, when I click on prime video or even movies that I have purchased, none of them plays on my Xperia 1 and I keep getting 'License error' message. Even 30mins of tech support on the phone from amazon could not resolve the issue. Anyone else got this issue as well? App reinstalled multiple times and data cache erased.

I will test this out later, but there is a limit to the number of allowed devices, which you can only access in a browser in your Amazon account, from memory. It might be worth checking this
