Phone not sending sms texts

For the past few weeks my phone has not been letting me send texts messages but I can still receive them and make and receive phone calls, I've preformed factor resets on my phone but the issue still stands

My network provider is refusing to fix the problem any idea whats wrong or how to fix it

Hi @Grpa1-, welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear about this.

In your Messaging app, press the 3 dots and choose Settings. There's an option for 'Delivery reports'. Was this enabled?

Everything is still enabled

Disable delivery reports and see if that helps.
