Screen vertical lines at the bottom

Hello.

I wonder why the lines appear suddenly with varying colors as

below photos.

My XP is just over one month of use now, and there's no dropping or

water submerge issue.

Can I fix this on my own or have to send it to the service center?

I've already made it a factory reset, but it remains the same.

Your comment would be appereciated, thanks.

Things to try:

- Go to Settings -> About phone -> Diagnostics -> Test -> Touchscreen.

- Reboot into safe mode and check if it happens there.

If those don't help, then unfortunately it would be a hardware issue and you'll need to contact your Local support to get it inspected.

there's a stop during the session even after second attempt.
