Hotspot is not working after software update Xperia X

I installed software update last night. After that hotspot doesnt work anymore.

Xperia X

Andriod 7.1.1

Software version 34.3.A.0.194

Does it work while on >>> safe mode

Thanks Uliwooly. It does work in safe mode.

However I didnt add any new 3rd party application after installing the new firmware.

It would be looking for a needle in haystack for me. sigh

Do you have any suggestion or recommned appliaction to find the application that encouther the hotspot funciton?
