X DND turning on constantly

My Xperia x did a software update last week and since then the do not disturb keeps turning on literally as soon as I turn it back off within 2 minutes it's on again. Iv checked all the settings and they're all as they should be.

Please help!

Hi no it doesn't seem too... Just put my phone into safe mode for 20 minutes and it didn't do it once but on normal mode it's been happening every few minutes

Then its a third party app, an app that you have installed, which one? you will have to uninstall one by one until you find the culprit.
