    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi CameronT,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, the automatic internet settings was the first thing I tried (as this had worked for the same problem when arriving in UK). &amp;nbsp;Strangely, when I go to settings - more ... the 'internet settings' option is not there!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Software is up to date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea why this might be?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My wife has an Xperia X and we just arrived in Australia and we put her Australian SIM card in, but she can't receive mobile data. &amp;nbsp;This is strange because when we came a few months ago she got mobile data working no problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to change the APN, using the settings provided by the mobile service provider, but whenever I enter the info, I get the message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Access Point Names settings are not available for this user".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried this in many ways, using back and save, restarting the phone, turning off mobile data, with wifi on and off, etc ... but nothing has worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am sorry to hear about this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/202"&gt;@uliwooly&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;is right, if it is locked to another network it can prevent you from changing the APN settings, so double check if it is a network branded device.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try using the automatic settings under Settings &amp;gt; More &amp;gt; Internet Settings. Accept this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi uliwooly,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for you reply. &amp;nbsp;The phone is definitely unlocked, we have used it in Singapore, UK and with this very sim card in Australia previously - but this time it won't receive data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, can receive/make calls/messages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
