phone won't connect to the WiFi

It is a bit strange of my situation.

Most likely my phone could connect to the public wifi, yet when ot comes to school wifi, the connect pages require EAP method(?), Secret identity(?) ISP address.

I have been read some solution in this forum but I don't know how to do the frame downgrade though either phone or PC.

Have you checked with your schools network admin that you have the correct certificates, username/password ect?

I have been checked with my classmates and even ask them to help tying the username and password , however everyone can use wifi except mine.

Let's make sure the basics are covered.

Go to Settings > Wifi, tap and hold on the wireless network and forget it. Then, reconnect.

If it's still not working, try it in safe mode.

I have entered to the safety mode and disconnect wifi, however when i try to reconnect the wifi, the below page still pop up.
