i have a sony xperia x dual sim.recently i can not lock screen( enclode by pattern,fingerprint,..)
plaese help me.Actually in my smart phone, locking system dont work.

Hi @alijahromi, I'm sorry to hear this.

Is there any way you could elaborate on what you're experiencing? Are you unable to select any screen lock option other than "None", or does your phone always go directly from sleep to the home screen when you press the power key?

hi thank you for your responce. when i push the power bottom to unlock my phone the pattern or password or finger print does not work.it means no security system is active in my phone

Did you set up your security settings?

Go to Settings -> Lock screen & security -> Screen lock -> choose a suitable locking method

After that, you can set your fingerprint.
