Smartphone xperiaX too warm

Hi,

I Bought xperiaX two day ago, and the smartphone need upgrading android 7.0 from Android 6.0..and I do it..

But immediately I have a problem when I'm working with photo and video because phone became too warm and camera turn off and don't work...

And also when I use others app phone is quite warm..,

Is normal?

It due from upgrading?

What can I do?

Hi @GianlucaXperiaX, welcome to the community.

It is normal for the phone to heat up when you are using a CPU intensive application such as the camera, a 3D game etc.

The phone will shut itself down if it gets too hot.

Did you not experience this heat before upgrading to 7.0?
