my sony xperia x compact stuck on sony logo, and then restart by itself continously, i already try software repair but it doesn't work

is there any solution?

Hello @radityaarangga and welcome to the community!

You said you tried software repair and it didn't work, so do you mean you could complete the process but your phone is still stuck or you failed to make it repair at all?

In case you are unable to start the repair process, open your SIM card flap and find a small yellow or white button underneath. Use a non-sharp tool like a pen tip to press it. Put your phone on a wall charger for 30-60 minutes and start the software repair using Xperia Companion WHILE YOUR PHONE IS TURNED OFF. Use the blue link for a detailed guide.

If your phone keeps in a bootloop after repair, then better contact your Local support and get it inspected by a professional.

yeah i already complete the process, but my phone still stuck
