I have install the Xperia Companion but nothing happens.
My old cellphone works properly.

Does the LED turns on?

Could you test different cables and usb ports?

The led turns on. It was the cable. I used another one and it works.

Hi there,

Same problem but I've tried 4 USB cables and all of them just charge the phone & nothing happens on the PC (The Windows Explorer doesn't show anything).
