It makes me curious if Battery Care is really so useful and safe, then why doesn't it come installed in by default?

Installing it as a separate .apk means you have to go through disabling security and so on. Can anyone from Sony confirm that this is totally safe?

Also apparently some Xperia X do come with Battery Care but others like in my region do not get it by default. Why is this? Is there any technical reason behind this?

ok. thanks. still, battery care would hale been very userul. I have a 5 year laptop with a feature like battery care and I can tell you it's battery performance is comparable with a new laptop.
