XA1 Ultra - Your Device Has Failed Verification And Will Not Work Properly - Fault

Hi,

I have not used my phone for a couple of months. It was working perfectly when I last used it. When I try and switch it on I get the above-mentioned error message along with a message that says Your device will be powered off in 5 seconds.

Any ideas on how to get the phone working properly again?

Try to perform software repair by the Xperia Companion on the device, you can install it from here

I downloaded the software but when I click on the video link to view the instructions it says that the video is not available.
