The phone turns off at 95% battery and I do not have the possibility to install a companion to try to solve the problem. Is there another way to reinstall Android on the phone?

When the device turns off, are you able to power it on again, or do you need to plug it in to a charger before you can start using it again, or is it just restarting?

If you want to reinstall the software in the device, Xperia Companion is a requirement. If you don't have a computer that you can install this program on, do you have a friend, family member or colleague that you can ask for some help?

My phone goes off at 90%:

The device turns off, and I need to plug it in to a charger before I can start using it again.

I did reinstall the software in the device using Xperia Companion, but the problem persists.
