Can't enable DATA on SIM1 and NFC on SIM2 after update to 4.3

I have 2 sims:

private (P) for Voice + Data + NFC

work (W) for Voice

Before the update I had

P in SIM1,

W in SIM2,

could connect to internet and use NFC.

After update to 4.3

- I can not enable DATA transfer on SIM1 slot

- I can not enable NFC on SIM2 slot

Please help...

You should try to redownload internet settings.

Done that couple of times.

Reinstalling the 4.3 seems to fix the problem. I can enable data on SIM1 and NFC works too...

There was probably a glitch in the OS.So now it is fine?
