En la última actualización de mi celular el touch no funciono correcta mente ya que después de apretar el botón de inicio (power) tarda 7 segundo en que funcione el touch. Se puede regresar al Android anterior??? O como resuelvo

In the last update of my cellphone the touch did not work correctly since after pressing the start button (power) it takes 7 seconds for the touch to work. Can you go back to the previous Android ??? Or how do I resolve

I'm sorry to hear this.

It is not possible to revert back to a previous Android version. This is however not expected behavior and there are a few things I'd recommend that you try to see what may be the cause of this behavior with your device.

First I'd recommend that you restart your device to safe mode to see if this behavior may be cause to one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

Also I would recommend that you temporarily remove any SIM and SD card from your device. If there is no change and you are still experiencing the same behavior, I recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.
