wifi, and hotspot not working

How guys,

Did a load of updates and since then wifi Bluetooth and wifi hotpot don't work. I get frequent pop up regarding not enough nfc services. When I try to switch hotspot on you can see a slight screen flash like it bugs out. But the button remains greyed out.

I am currently running Android. 4

I removed some downloaded apps and after a restart the services came back, for only 10 minutes.

A factory reset failed to resolve the issues.

Oddly if I turn the phone off and restart with Bluetooth on but not detecting anything (a fault) it connects to my speaker on restart automatically and I get ten.minutes or so of service.

When.I start the android system service by holding power and volume up I get the three buzzes however no menu ever comes.up. When I then restart- I get about ten minutes.of service again!

Really lost with this guys, any ideas greatly appreciated
