how to delete call history

Hi...Can anyone help..I want to delete the complete call history from my Xperia E5 but don't seem to be able to find out how to go abaout it.I constantly delete call log but the history is still there lurking around.....

Open the phone app > menu > call history > menu > clear call history

only has clear call log not clear history....have cleared log several times in past but history remains....
