Bluetooth turns it self on after being off

Every time I turn my phone off to give it chance to breathe. And then I turn it back on my Bluetooth turns itself on every time it has done it ever since I bought the phone what can I do?

I have the opposite problem. My Bluetooth keeps turning itself off for no obvious reason. Any suggestions?

@MediaMan, I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

If the behavior persists, I'd recommend that you reset your network settings. Note that this will delete all stored Bluetooth connections, stored Wi-Fi network as well as Internet settings (you can download new if you go to: Settings > More > Internet settings.). To reset your network settings go to: Settings > Backup & reset > Network settings reset > Reset settings.
