Hi guy's am trying to get help with my Sony xperia 5e can't hear anyone when I answer my phone I tried Diagnostics, ear speaker any it does not work can anybody help me please

Hi @Jokerh61, welcome to our forum and I'm sorry to hear about this.

If the ear speaker is not working at all in the Diagnostics test, try rebooting your phone in safe mode and make a call or do the test again when downloaded applications aren't loaded. That way we can see if any of them is the cause of this.

Should you experience the same behaviour while the phone is rebooted in safe mode, the next step is to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will delete all data stored on the internal storage of the phone and reinstall the latest available software again.

Do note that since data is being removed, creating a backup using Xperia Companion before you start with the repair is advised.
