    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I thought that was my Phone, but t&lt;/SPAN&gt;he cause seems to be the Facebook app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should we just wait Sony do something?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Boot the phone in safe mode like @Uliwooly suggested. If the problem doesn't persist in Safe Mode then power the phone off and on normally &amp;gt; go into Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; Downloaded &amp;gt; Clear data for apps you have downloaded &amp;gt; delete any apps youd don't use/need any longer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;If the problem does persist in Safe Mode I would advise running a software repair on your device using &lt;A href="http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;PC Companion&lt;/A&gt;:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note:&lt;/STRONG&gt; This process will delete all user data, to do a backup:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Open&amp;nbsp;PC Companion on a Windows computer. &lt;BR /&gt;2. When installed, start PC Companion on the computer. &lt;BR /&gt;3. Connect your phone to the computer using a USB cable. &lt;BR /&gt;4. Click Start under Backup &amp;amp; Restore. &lt;BR /&gt;5. Follow the on-screen instructions.&lt;BR /&gt; (Exactly what contents will be backed up may differ depending on phone model.&lt;BR /&gt;You can view detailed information about this as you follow the steps in the Backup &amp;amp; Restore wizard).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Running the software repair on PC Companion:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Phone Software Update.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Start.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Repair Phone&lt;BR /&gt;5. Continue&lt;BR /&gt;6. Accept data removal&lt;BR /&gt;7. Next&lt;BR /&gt;8. Wait for prepare&lt;BR /&gt;9. Select Phone&lt;BR /&gt;10. Follow the connection steps&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Solved it once by repairing it through the Xperia app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But that's just rebooting the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I did it and later on updated the Facebook app to the last version the problem reappeared.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So now once again I've got crashmonitor bug&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What i noticed is that i would get the crashmonitor has stopped working message. At that point facebook would not open. I obviously suspected facebook so I uninstalled facebook reinstalled again but nothing changed. I later resetted my phone to factory settings and didnt save any configuration or data except contacts but nothing changed. I have resetted to factory settings tiwce with same experience. I now don't know what would be wrong and i would appreciate any help or to learn from someone who had a similar problem and was solved&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem. It appears to be an issue that arose from the new facebook app update. I haven't needed to restore factory settings though. Typically what happens is that I get the crash monitor pop up, facebook links stop working, then the phone crashes, then facebook stops working. If you uninstall the app, it stops affecting the phone entirely. If you reinstall, it works again and then the cycle repeats.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
