Hi

I am facing a somewhat similar problem. It says the "unfortunately system ui is not responding" I press the "ok" option and it just keeps appearing again and again.

I happens randomly anytime even after I restart my phone more than once.

And also, the camera app keeps crashing, saying not enough storage and saying check the sd card. Once I again open the camera it works properly. What should I check in the sd card in such situation?

Please help

Thanks.

Hi @abhay25, welcome to our community and I'm sorry to hear about your phone.

Do you experience this behaviour when you are making a call or when you are hanging up all call / the counterpart is ending the call?

I would recommend that you start with resetting the phone application in your phone, this will not delete any contacts or similar in your phone it may however reset the call log. So if you have any important numbers that you need to save as a contact, please do that before resetting the application.

To reset the application, go to Settings > Apps > 3 dots > Show system > Phone > Storage > Clear data > OK.

Make a few calls and see if you are experiencing the same behaviour!

Let me know how it goes!

Hi @Pp30, sorry to hear about that.

I would recommend that you go to Settings > Apps > 3 dots in the top right corner > Show system, scroll down and find System UI > Storage > Clear data. Once you have done that, restart your phone.

Regarding the camera application, have you tried unmounting and mount your SD card again? If that doesn't help, try clearing data for the camera application as well, this will not delete any photos or videos, it will however reset the settings that you have done in the camera application itself.

To clear data for this application, go to Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear data.

Let me know if that helps and have a great weekend!
