Imagine you are somebody here, looking at your posting and wishing to help you.

What questions do you think they would ask? e.g.:-

What make and model of TV?

What make and model of what sort of device is on the other end of the ARC connection?

What connects the two devices? I would assume a high speed HDMI cable, but need to be told yes or no on that, and if no, what it is.

Is it plugged into the one HDMI port on the TV labelled ARC?

Have you got Bravia Sync or its equivalent (CEC, known by a number of proprietary names) turned on, on both devices?

Oh, and I almost forgot to ask; what’s the actual problem you are having, exactly?

Model of Sony tvKD55X75XL and the soundbar is Hisense AX5100G all through HDMI arc
