The latest version should be 6.5076. Also try to connect the TV to different internet source other than the WiFi network and check if it's still stuttering or not&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Sony bravia KD85XH80 suddenly seems to have developed stuttering across all applications. I am using YouTube, prime, Netflix everywhere this stuttering is so bad it is impossible to watch the TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I already have tried to restart, factory reset and also tried to update the firmware through USB. The tv shows the message software is up to date, though I can see my kernel patch is 4.9 and date put is 1 Jul .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
