    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the HT G700 soundbar since November 2022.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I connect my XBox Series X to my TV and TV to the HT G700&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every few minutes the sound drops out.with music apps (not movies)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also use a PS5,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My TV is a LG&amp;nbsp; 8K Nanocell.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not a wizard at technology.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plus with my Xbox /X The video setting ticks keep getting screwed up like 4K 60/120 HZ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;working one time and not at another.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was thinking of trying to update the soundbar.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my version is something like 211111.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am at a loose end.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure if anyone else has the same setup, but I think there is a bug in the new android software.&amp;nbsp; I have a 55XH9005 mated to a sony HT-G700.&amp;nbsp; Updated the TV to the latest software, hence the new eARC feature is available to be enabled.&amp;nbsp; Works absolutely fine, however, if I enable eARC, I get random sound drops from the soundbar.&amp;nbsp; I will lose sound and the sound bar displays LPCM, and will then recover after about 40 second to a minute.&amp;nbsp; If i do not enable eARC, it works fine and I dont get any sound drops.&amp;nbsp; Anyone else experienced this?&amp;nbsp; Is there an issue with the new software?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi jutler123,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've seen this mentioned on other threads and it seems that one of the popular solutions is to remove the TuneIn app from your TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do let us know if this solves it for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- J.D.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try clearing the cached data (under Device Preferences - Storage - Internal Shared Storage - Cached data) then hold the power button for ~5 sec to restart it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
