XR65A90J - question around an HTPC setup (PC, MadVR) and refresh rates at 4K resolution

Hi,

I'm looking to buy this TV upgrading from my current Sony Bravia KD65XD8599 as I'm looking to improve the 24Hz BluRay movie experience among other things. I've read the manual but wanted to double-check the following:

Will I be able to watch 24Hz content sent from my HTPC (Windows 10, NVidia RTX 2060, MPC-BE, MadVR) in 120Hz in 4K resolution? Will the TV interpret this as a "PC Format"?

The GPU supports the 120 Hz refresh rate and will be connected through DisplayPort 1.4 to the TV's HDMI input. I can "force" any resolution from the PC, thanks to the MadVR plugin.

By watching 24HZ content in 120Hz, I'm hoping to reduce jitter during fast camera pans but with minimal interpolation to avoid to soapy screen effect.
