What is this pop up on KD-49XG9005?!!

Every so often this pops up on screen but it doesn't ever show any text do I've no idea what it is. It's like a layer of different menus with yellow, red, blue and green rotating circles like its buffering, possibly Google/Android related? It pops up regardless of whether I'm using SKY or streaming through the TV and the only way to get rid is to go to the home menu. How do I fix it?!

Hi guys, i think that this is the TV trying to update the software, you might wanna check the system software update option through the help menu as well as agreeing to the privacy policy to do so.
