TV KD-55XF9005 - unexpected restarts

For a long time (more than 6 months) there are unexpected restarts of the TV when watching a program via the antenna.
Different programs, different restart time - sometimes after switching on, sometimes after an hour, sometimes after 2 hours of monitoring.
Factory settings did not help.
Is this a reason for a complaint? Or can it be solved at home?

Hi,

If a factory reset doesn't solve the issue it can be a technical issue.

I would recommend to contact service.
