Screen mirroring from iPhone to KD-43XE7003

I have an iPhone and a Sony smart TV (KD-43XE7003). Does anyone here know how I can access screen mirroring? I can see the TV can do it, but I don't think it offers AirPlay. I'm new to this particular technology, so if you know, please could you break down into easy chunks what I need to do? Do I need an app on my phone?

Hi @jet.black I suspect that there is no native mirroring of IOS on your TV. Sorry I don’t know Linux at all. There are Apps for Android TVs like AirScreen but these are flaky at best. The best you can do is buy a HDMI adapter and HDMI lead to connect from your iPhone to your Linux TV or do what I do and that is use Apple TV.
