Bravia TV won't turn on KD-55X8509C

Hey folks. I'm having serious problems with this TV.

It started playing up recently, not switching between inputs when the source button was pressed on the remote (Sky). Now it won't turn on at all unless the power button at the back is manually pressed, and it just gets to the "starting apps" page before switching itself off completely. I can't get any further than that.

I'm at a loss. Factory reset seemingly doesn't do anything. As in I can't even get the factory reset to work. This thing is complete trash.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
