      <description>&lt;P&gt;This seems a lot like a software glitch to me. Have you tried updating the TV to the latest software available? I believe it's currently v6.6555.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EDIT: Also try changing the brightness settings around using the Action Menu button once you have something playing (so it affects it directly, instead of a general change) and let us know the outcome of that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have latest software v6-6555&amp;nbsp; i already spoke to sony they are saying there is nothing wrong with the tv the problem is with the apps i tried what you said i changed the brightness to max no change&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you show us some pictures of both Netflix and Disney+? I also forgot to mention this last time, but have you tried changing the HDR settings using the Action Menu button? I believe there are 2 or 3 options you can pick from.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
