Hello, everyone! First I want to apologize for my poor english language. I have problem with my sony tv when I am trying to connect any devices via bluetooth connection. My tv doesn't find any bluetooth devices. I tried turn on/off bluetooth in tv. I had do factory reset, and nothing helps. Software version of tv is PKG6.6555.0257EUA

What are you trying to connect? This is from your TV’s specification. Bluetooth Profile Version 4.1;HID (mouse/keyboard connectivity)/HOGP (Low Energy device connectivity)/SPP(Serial Port Profile). You can see that it does not include a A2DP profile that is required to connect an audio device like headphones or speakers. Basically the only devices you can connect are a mouse or keyboard.

I trying to connect sony soundbar ht-s350. But my tv doesnt found any devices. 6 months ago, I had connected that soundbar via bluetooth on that tv.... But at now, I can not connect it...

Sorry, I can only repeat that your TV does not have the A2DP Bluetooth profile required to connect to your HT-S350 by Bluetooth unless you add on a Bluetooth dongle. Please see your TV’s specification.
