2015 Bravia G3xxxx software

Hi,

I'm a bit stuck with our new TV, I say it's new it's actually the 3rd replacemnt thus far. Anyhow, i cannot find YouView so i'm missing 4oD and other Apps. In the first two models i'd simple update the software and bingo but not this time.

The software version listed on the TV shows as G3.xxx not G2.xxx which seems odd considering G2. appears to be the latest release, Dec 2015.

Running the software update or manual USB mode reports the same e.g. running the latest release.
