49X8000 restarts when wifi connect/disconnect

I have a 49X8000 which restarts when wifi connect/disconnect.

Scenario A:

1. Turn the tv on

2. Connect to wifi network

3. Disconnect wifi network

4. Connect again

5. Tv restarts itself

Scenario B:

1. Turn tv on

2. Connect to wifi

3. Press power to go to standby

4. Press power again to start tv

5. A few seconds later it restarts itself (maybe because it connects to the wifi)

Notes:

1. My tv language is set to Persian(Farsi).

2. I tried updating the firmware and I am using latest version.

3. I tried factory reset and same issue exists.

This bug has been existing for 5 years already, see here. Don't expect it to get fixed.

I developed an app which solves the problem by disconnecting any vpn when screen turns off by power button. So when screen turns on, device does not restart!

UPDATE:
I developed Shadowsocks client app for android to do the same job plus:

This app disconnects any vpn on device when screen turns off, to prevent the bug on some devices when Screen is turned off and VPN is On, when device turns on, device restarts itself. It turns on vpn again when screen is on.

Also pressing Green Button on remote control Turns vpn ON and pressing Red Button on remote control Turns vpn OFF
