KD-55XF9005 Picture distortion

I'm getting distortion on this TV which only occurs when watching YouTube, Netflix or any similar source.

It does not happen watching Virgin Media or bluray.

The picture occasionally splits in 2 and/or distortion appears at the bottom of the screen.

Either a black bar at the bottom of the screen with a little of the image underneath, or a stripe of distorted colours at the bottom of the screen.

I rang Sony Support and did a system update.

All has been fine since.

Ironically the problem has returned this evening!
