TV lag and un responsive

Bought Sony x9305c 65 inch TV and although great looking I am so tired of the constant lag and un responsiveness of the software installed. I love android don't get me wrong but this is somewhat ridiculous. Last night rushed in to watch a programme and once it eventually came on... it took 5 whole minutes for the guide to load then eventually the channel to come on. It's like using a very slow pc to run Windows and 10.

Every time I press guide it seems as if the TV is looking on the Web and displaying a Web page once it has eventually loaded. Very slowly.

Had the TV replaced and new TV exactly the same.

Software updated to the latest and TV reset to factory settings twice. Still no different.

Very disappointed Sony this really is un acceptable.

Sorry for the delay in responding, have you seen or noticed any improvements since the release of a new firmware update on from the 2nd Feb?
