ScreenRecording - finally works on Oreo!

Screen recording has been a disappointment, till now. Tried 5 apps: DU Recorder and AZ Screen Recorder work, though without their overlay menus.

Mobizen, Recordable and ScreenRecorder 5+ (by NLL) do not work.

Have not found anywhere to allow permission to "Draw over other apps"

Howto enable permission to "Draw over other apps"? (this was the main issue I encountered, affecting most of the apps in one way or another).
