"no network devivces found" when using Album App

Hi,

We recently purchased a Sony Bravia TV. When we put in a USB memory stick formatted as FAT32 it does bring up the option to Browse the USB. Instead it says "no network devivces found". The memory stick with the photos is accesible on the ES File explorer App but we cant do a slide show etc. I also tried to format the USB as NTFS but no joy. For some reason the Album App is not recognising the memory stick. I looked at the permssssion on the app but cant see anyhing unusual. I also cleared the cache on the Album App.

Has anyone come accross this issue ?

It is sony 55Xe9305b U

We ate now using the explorer fs app but we can't do a slide show with this. Memory sticks are accessible using this app
