I have just bought a KD-49XE9005 but am unable to register on the Sony UK webiste since this model is not found. Is this a known issue?

I have just tested your model number KD-49XE9005 and it lets you select that TV in the box

Which browser are you using?

Hi, I was using Chrome and it didn't work. I've just used Safari and it works find now.... so it must be a problem with the former browser? Thank you @jumpsuit
