Hi,

I have been getting the following error message on various applications with the option to report or select ok :- “Unfortunately, (various apps) Launcher has stopped.” my model of television is below, I have restarted Android numerous occasions.

HI @Freeby131,

Is your TV up to date with the latest firmware? If so, you could try a factory reset to see if that resolves the issue.

Hi thanks for the reply,

the firmware is up to date but I dont fancy doing a factory reset it seems a bit severe Its not a major problem so I will try and live with it, Thanks mate
